These are based on traditional Indian (Vedic) and astrological systems whose validity is not scientifically established and which do not predict the future with certainty.

Our reports and consultations are provided STRICTLY for the purposes of self-reflection, general guidance, education, and entertainment. They are NOT intended to be relied upon in making any decision that has material personal, financial, medical, legal, or familial consequences.

Nothing contained in any report, consultation, response, message, audio recording, video, or other content delivered by RMG Astro Private Limited is, or should be construed as: medical advice; psychiatric or psychological advice or therapy; legal advice; financial, investment, tax, accounting, or fiduciary advice; marital, family, child-custody, divorce, or relationship-counselling advice; business, employment, vocational, or career advice from a licensed counsellor; religious or spiritual direction from an ordained authority of any faith; or emergency or crisis intervention.

Astrological interpretation is inherently subjective and depends on the data the customer supplies (date, time, and place of birth). Inaccurate or incomplete intake data will produce a less reliable interpretation; the Company is not responsible for outcomes of interpretation based on incorrect intake.

You alone are responsible for ANY decision, action, or inaction taken on the basis of, or in reliance upon, any report or consultation. This includes — without limitation — decisions about:

(a) marriage, engagement, divorce, separation, reconciliation, or any other change in marital or relational status; (b) family planning, conception, child-rearing, adoption, or end-of-life decisions; (c) employment, career change, resignation, or business venture; (d) investments, real estate purchases, loans, or other financial commitments; (e) medical treatment, surgery, medication, or therapy; (f) travel, migration, or relocation; (g) education or institutional choice; (h) religious or spiritual practice; (i) legal action or settlement; or (j) any other personal, financial, or professional matter.

RMG Astro Private Limited is NOT a party to any such decision. You agree that any decision you make is made by you, freely, with full knowledge that astrological guidance is non-deterministic and is not professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RMG Astro Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and astrologers SHALL NOT be liable for any loss, damage, harm, injury, expense, or cost — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive, and whether financial, physical, emotional, reputational, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with: (a) any decision, action, or inaction taken in reliance on any report or consultation; (b) the accuracy, completeness, or non-fulfilment of any prediction, interpretation, remedy, ritual, or recommendation; (c) any emotional distress, mental anguish, anxiety, or harm to relationships allegedly resulting from the content of a report or consultation; or (d) any indirect or third-party harm — including harm to your spouse, children, family members, employer, business partners, or counterparties — that you assert is connected to a report or consultation.

Lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, lost wages, business interruption, marital or relational damage, and reputational harm are all expressly excluded.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Company's total aggregate liability is in any event capped at the amount you actually paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, as set out in Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions.

If a friend, family member, or other party shares a report from RMG Astro Private Limited with someone in distress, that party also accepts the terms of this Disclaimer; the Company has no relationship with, or duty of care to, third parties to whom a report is forwarded by the customer.

Nothing about the booking, payment, or delivery of a report or consultation creates a doctor–patient, lawyer–client, fiduciary, or any other special relationship between you and RMG Astro Private Limited or its astrologers. Communications between you and an astrologer are not protected by any professional privilege.

Reports and consultations are authored by qualified human astrologers using traditional Vedic technique applied to the intake details you supply. We do NOT use generative AI to write or compile your report. If, in the future, we introduce any AI-assisted feature in any part of the service, we will disclose that involvement at the point of use, in line with EU AI Act Article 50 transparency expectations.

Where a report or consultation reflects the personal interpretation of an astrologer, that interpretation is that astrologer's view based on traditional Vedic technique and is not a representation of fact, of inevitable outcome, or of the official position of RMG Astro Private Limited.

Reports involving children (e.g. linked profiles for child horoscopes, name selection, or natal interpretations) are commissioned by the parent or legal guardian on the child's behalf and do not constitute medical, educational, or psychological advice about the child. Decisions about a child's education, medical care, religion, or upbringing remain entirely with the child's parents or legal guardian.

As set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, the inaccuracy of a prediction, the non-fulfilment of a forecast, the non-effectiveness of a recommended remedy, or your dissatisfaction with the spiritual content of the report are NOT grounds for a refund. Refunds are governed strictly by the rules in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India, save to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection legislation in the customer's place of residence applies.

Our reports follow classical Sanskrit astrological literature — Brihat Jataka, Saravali, Phaladeepika, classical Parashari texts — written approximately 1,500 to 2,000 years ago. We deliberately preserve the source material in its traditional form. Some readers find the classical style different from modern wellness products; please read this notice carefully before booking. What the reports contain. Classical observations about life events including: (a) health and disease, with references to specific physical and mental conditions and to specific organs; (b) longevity, including classical 'Maraka' indications about the timing and manner of death of the reader and of the reader's family members; (c) marriage and partnership, including references to widowhood, separation, infidelity, and conflict; (d) child-bearing, including references to miscarriage, abortion, infertility, and infant mortality; (e) wealth, poverty, and livelihood; (f) character tendencies, including literal English translations of classical Sanskrit terms (such as 'wicked', 'cruel', 'sinful', 'harsh', 'abusive') that are technical descriptions of chart configurations and not personal moral or behavioural judgements of the reader; (g) traditional remedies including mantras, gemstone references, fasts, donations, rituals, and yantras; and (h) classical references to varna (Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya, Shudra) and the Hindu calendar (panchanga) as components of the methodology.

What the reports are not. The reports are not medical advice, psychological assessments, legal counsel, financial or investment advice, marital counselling, family-planning guidance, or moral judgements. The classical methodology pre-dates modern medical and scientific understanding by 1,500 to 2,000 years. Outcomes depend on free will, effort, environment, and qualified professional advice that is entirely outside the chart's scope.

Classical Sanskrit translation framing. Where the report uses English words such as 'wicked', 'cruel', 'sinful', 'harsh', 'abusive', or similar to describe character tendencies, these are literal translations of classical Sanskrit terms (such as पाप, क्रूर, अशुभ, दुष्ट) used in the source astrological literature. Their meaning in the classical context is technical (relating to chart configurations and classical typology) and is not a personal moral, ethical, or behavioural judgement of the reader. A modern English reader unfamiliar with classical Sanskrit may find these translations stronger than intended; the company has retained the literal translations to preserve scholarly fidelity to the source texts.

Cultural, religious, and varna framework. Where the report references classical varna categories (Brahmin, Kshatriya, Vaishya, Shudra) or panchanga elements (Hindu calendar, weekday, tithi, nakshatra, yoga), these are technical components of classical Vedic astrological methodology drawn from source texts. They are not statements about the reader's social caste, religious identity, or personal beliefs, and do not endorse or assume any caste-based or religion-based identity of the reader. The classical methodology was developed within a Hindu cultural framework but is offered here as a knowledge tradition, not as religious instruction.

Observations about third parties. The reports may contain observations about persons other than the named recipient (parents, siblings, spouse, children, business partners), including classical observations about their longevity, health, character, or fortune. Those persons have not consented to an astrological reading about themselves through this report. Such observations are derived solely from the recipient's chart and do not constitute a personal reading of, or statement about, the third party. The recipient must not communicate these observations to the named third party as a prediction or as advice, and must not take action affecting that third party's life on the basis of any such observation.

Reproductive health observations. Where the report references reproductive health, fertility, miscarriage, abortion, infant mortality, or related topics, these are classical observations of chart configurations and not medical predictions, fertility counselling, or family-planning advice. Reproductive health decisions are deeply personal and must be made only with qualified medical professionals (an obstetrician, gynaecologist, fertility specialist, or equivalent). The report makes no recommendation for or against any reproductive choice.
