If a future service includes physical delivery, the applicable shipping method, cost, and timeline will be shown before checkout.

Live consultations are delivered online at the selected booking slot after successful payment confirmation.

Palmistry and report-based services are delivered digitally after required intake details and files are submitted and reviewed.

If you do not receive service access, appointment details, or a digital deliverable within the expected timeline, contact support with your order ID and registered email address.

If delivery fails due to a merchant-side issue, we will assist with rescheduling, delivery correction, or eligible refund review.
