Customers are responsible for providing accurate intake details, contact information, date and time selection, and any uploaded files required for the selected service.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, UPI credentials, CVV, netbanking credentials, or other payment instrument credentials on our servers.

A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed and verified in our system.

Live consultations are delivered online at the selected slot, subject to consultant availability and successful payment confirmation.

Palmistry and report-based services are processed after the required intake details and files are received.

Customers must not misuse the website, upload harmful or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.

Customers should keep account access secure and contact support immediately if they suspect unauthorized use.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
